Bryan Thatcher

A pioneer in the industry, Bryan is on a constant quest to innovate.

With a drive that’s every bit as inspiring as it is profitable for our clients, founder and CEO Bryan Thatcher leads Fusebox’s diverse team of creative and technical minds. Bryan challenges and inspires his staff to create some of the industry’s most innovative solutions.

A native New Yorker, Bryan earned a BFA in Graphic Design from the School of Visual Arts. He started his own digital design studio in 1989. An early adopter of technology, the studio was one of the first to offer direct-to-plate pre-press solutions. Over the next ten years, the studio earned a reputation for producing top-notch work for clients in the sports, entertainment, and fashion industries. The studio’s innovative work was recognized through several coveted industry awards.

Intrigued by the internet buzz, in 1995 Bryan and a few friends got together to discuss the myriad possibilities of this new medium and assess its

impact on the industry. Six months later, Bryan expanded his studio’s services to include interactive design and development. Early clients included Nickelodeon, Time Warner and Chase.

Over the next four years, the ten person digital design studio grew to a 60 person interactive agency and took on the name “Fusebox.” Fusebox’s early clients included some of the most revered names in finance, media, and pharmaceuticals, including JPMorgan Chase, MTV, CNN, ESPN and Pfizer.

A true digital visionary and industry pioneer, Bryan has led Fusebox to a new level by fostering ideas to innovate industries.

Bryan lives with his wife and daughter in Manhattan. When not relaxing with his family or building a new venture, he enjoys photography, design, architecture, and surfing.
