Rob Thatcher
A founding partner, Rob’s idea that good client service is as individual as the clients themselves is inherent in our business model. His goal is to fully understand our clients’ needs, because only then can we determine how best to service them. He accomplishes this by staying in close contact with clients, and by having a hand in the day-to-day management of their engagements.
The results speak for themselves. Rob is responsible for developing both an impressive client roster – including Citigroup, Carnegie Hall, L'Oreal, Redken,
JPMorgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, and Time Warner Cable – and a client loyalty that’s almost unheard of in this industry.
Born in New York, Rob first developed his entrepreneurial client service approach while working for Coca Cola, as he pursued his undergraduate degree at SUNY New Paltz.
When not following his kids to the next soccer, football or baseball game – you can find Rob enjoying life in Chester, NY with his family and dog, Dudley.
